This privacy policy only applies to (Site), and does not apply to any offline collection of your personal information at any of our retail partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any web site not operated by ENRO. ("ENRO" or the "Service") is an ecommerce service offered through the URL that allows you to purchase merchandise offered for sale. What Information Do We Collect & Store?

We may collect your personal information in an effort to provide you with an enhanced customer experience and to administer our business. This includes your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Credit Card Information. In addition we may also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and communicate with you about special offers, promotions and other marketing programs that may be of interest to you. However, only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is actually stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted over a web server. We can not store your Credit Card data.

This website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we learn that someone under the age of 13 has provided any personal information to or on this website, we will remove that information as soon as possible.

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell, rent, and/or license your specific personal or financial information to ANYONE.

Registering with ENRO

Before using certain parts of, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

Your Email Address(es):

Several locations on the Site permit you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: to register for a contest or free product giveaway; to request us to notify you of new brands, new product styles, or product sizes; or to sign up for our ENRO and TAG Affiliated Companies email newsletters and special offers. Your participation in a contest or sweepstakes is completely voluntary, so you have a choice whether to participate and disclose information to us. We will use email information to notify contest winners and to award prizes. We may post on the Site the names and cities of contest and product giveaway winners. By entering a contest or product giveaway, you may be opting in to receive our email newsletter and special offers and this will be disclosed in the official rules governing the contest or sweepstakes.

Email Opt-Out/Corrections

Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending emails to your email address; and/or (c) disable your account to prevent any future purchases through that account. You can make these requests by contacting our Customer Service department.

Product Reviews

Product Reviews are very important to us and we love to hear how you rate our products. As of June 10 2014, we collect your email address when you 'add a review' to our product(s). Your email address is collected for the sole purpose of customer care only. Your review may contain information regarding a product or your experience purchasing on that our customer care team may want to contact you directly about. Your email address will not be shown publicly or used for any other purpose.

The AdRoll website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website. Also, cookies may also be used to track how you use the site to target ads to you on other websites.

Offline Collection, Use & Disclosure of Information

As you might expect from us, the majority of information that we collect is obtained through the Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. However, we also may collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy of your personal information. For example, a customer may call our Customer Service department to place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question. When we need to gather information (such as order information), we will enter it directly into our database through SSL encryption.

There are other ways we could learn of personal information offline (for example, we suppose someone could send us a letter including some return address information), and this Policy doesn't discuss or try to predict all of those methods or uses. As we mentioned, we will try to treat offline collection, uses, and disclosures consistently with our relevant online practices.
