The proper way to pack a suit for a business trip

Packing for the overnight client meeting? Don't want to show up looking like you just wrestled a bear in your suit? Here's how to pack your bag to look your best.

1) Fill the suitcase with your other clothing items until it is almost full…leave out a couple pairs of rolled socks

2) Turn the suit jacket inside out and insert one shoulder into the other shoulder…place the rolled-up socks into the shoulders, to prevent them from being crushed…straighten the lapels…

3) Fold the coat and sleeves in half and lay it in the center of your bag…

4) Fold the pants as shown and lay them on top of the suit jacket…

Remember to always try to pack your suit at the end, as it is best to have it folded for the least amount of time as possible. Also, as soon as you arrive at your destination, remove the suit and hang it up to help shake out any wrinkles.
